Who the airline is looking for
These are the airline’s criteria for the cabin crew role. Check every point before the day: the panel assesses them in person.
Nationality
Female Indian nationals only, holding a valid Indian passport.
Age
18 to 27 years.
Education
Passed the 10+2 examination from a recognised board or university.
Languages
Fluent, clear communication in both English and Hindi.
Height and weight
Minimum height of 155 cm, with weight proportionate to a BMI of 18 to 22.
Grooming
Positive body language and professional grooming. Any visible tattoos, scars or marks must be disclosed at the interview, as they must not be visible in uniform.
Relocation
Willing to relocate to any of the airline’s bases across India, as required at the time of joining.

How the walk-in will run
The drive follows the airline’s guidelines for a calm, orderly interview day. Please read these before you arrive.
Candidates only
Only candidates may enter the campus. Parents, guardians and friends cannot come inside, including the waiting and interview areas.
Serial number at the entrance
You will be given a serial number at the entrance. Write it on top of your CV and keep your CV with you; it will not be collected at the gate.
Wait to be called
Take a seat in the waiting area. Candidates are guided in order to avoid crowding.
No photos or video
Photography and video recording are not permitted inside the interview area.
Female coordinators
Female SkyWings coordinators will be on hand throughout the day to guide you and support the airline’s team.

The walk-in interview is on Friday, 23 October 2026. Reporting time is 10:00 AM at SkyWings Aviation & Logistics, Pallissery Road, NH Bypass, Behind Starbucks Coffee, Kochi, Kerala 682032.
Who can attend the walk-in interview?
The airline has invited SkyWings Aviation & Logistics students of the 2025–26 batch who meet its eligibility criteria. If you are not yet a SkyWings student, contact the admissions team about the next batch.
What are the eligibility criteria for the cabin crew role?
Female Indian nationals holding a valid Indian passport, aged 18 to 27, who have passed 10+2 from a recognised board or university, communicate fluently in English and Hindi, are at least 155 cm tall with weight proportionate to a BMI of 18 to 22, and are willing to relocate to any of the airline’s bases in India.
Can parents or friends come with me to the interview?
No. Only candidates are allowed inside the campus on the day. Parents, guardians and friends cannot enter the campus, the waiting area or the interview area.
Is there any fee to attend?
No. There is no fee of any kind for registration, grooming, processing or any other part of the recruitment process. SkyWings Aviation & Logistics never charges candidates to attend a recruitment drive.
