Who Can Apply?
This cabin crew recruitment drive is open to all aviation and hospitality graduates. Freshers are welcome, no prior work experience required.
Aviation, Cabin Crew Management, Airline & Airport Management, Hospitality, or any related programme. BBA, MBA, and Diploma holders all eligible.
Strong English communication and professional cabin crew grooming standards are essential. SkyWings training gives our students a clear, visible edge.
No prior flying experience needed. If you have completed your aviation or hospitality course and are ready to begin your cabin crew career, you are eligible.
Cabin Crew Interview Process
Two rounds. Transparent and conducted at SkyWings Academy Kochi, Kerala's No.1 premium aviation college.
The first round is conducted online. Shortlisted candidates receive an invitation link. This round evaluates communication skills, confidence, and basic cabin crew knowledge.
